ABOUT THE FRNY LGBTQ+ PRIDE RUN™

LACE UP. STEP OUT. BE PROUD.

Since the inaugural race in 1982, the FRNY LGBTQ+ Pride Run™ has grown to become the largest LGBTQ+ sporting event in NYC and one of the largest worldwide. This event, organized by FRNY in collaboration with New York Road Runners, is historically part of the official 9+1 qualifier series for the TCS New York City Marathon. Each year, FRNY donates a portion of the proceeds to a charity beneficiary that is chosen by the members of the club.

The 2026 FRNY LGBTQ+ Pride Run™ will take place on June 27, 2026. For full race information, visit the race page on the NYRR website.

AWARDS

Awards will be presented on site to the top-three finishers in the overall men, women, and non-binary divisions. Runners who place in the top-three of their age group will be able to claim an award in the days following the race.

Prize Money
