No matter what you’re looking for, we have you covered! FRNY has activities taking place 6 days a week at various times. Some activities are open to all, while others are for members only, as noted below.

Fun, social runs at an easy pace. Open to everyone!

Central Park

Wednesdays at 7 PM
Saturdays at 10 AM

Tuesdays at 7 PM
Thursdays at 7PM (Seasonal - Summer)
3.5 miles | Social pace

Front Walkers

Easy, social walks. Please note that walking and run-walking are also welcome at fun runs. FRNY is an inclusive space for all ability levels.

Coached Workouts

Intervals, tempo runs, and track workouts designed by our very own coaches.

Weekly long runs throughout NYC to build and maintain endurance.

Coached swim workouts for those interested in triathlons or active recovery, and group bike rides
