ABOUT THE FRNY LGBT PRIDE RUN®

J is thrilled to be the 2024 Race Director for the FRNY LGBT Pride Run! After two years on the Board of Directors for Front Runners New York, J cannot wait to help continue the recent success of the Pride Run. J moved to New York City early in 2021 and joined the Front Runners right away, finding an immediate community and making many friendships. Having been warmly welcomed into this flourishing and beautiful queer running community, J strives to make sure every FRNY member can access and experience the joys of this club, especially for gender non-conforming athletes and runners. J founded the Trans & Non-binary Committee and running team within Front Runners New York in 2022. Also in 2022, J ran their first ever marathon, the NYC Marathon, supported by the entire FRNY community from training to cheering and love and support, and ran again in 2023. Outside of FRNY, J works in non-profit management and is thrilled to bring that perspective to FRNY. Run fast, sparkle bright, and see you on the road.
