The Coaching Committee is VERY pleased to announce that Mike Keohane will be the new Head Coach for the 2013 Outdoor Season. Mike is well known in the NYC running community with two decades of coaching under his belt at distances from sprints to the marathon. He is also an impressive runner with a marathon PR of 2:16 and half marathon time of 1:04. To contact Mike, email coach@frny.org.


Front Runners New York offers fee-free coaching to all our members year-round.  Whether you are interested in running for fitness, achieving a personal best time,  conquering a new distance, or trying out a new running activity, like track or triathlon, FRNY can help you reach your goal. FRNY has workouts almost every day of the week, including speed workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays, multisport Mondays and long run groups.
