We encourage you to run multiple events, as there is no limit.

Online pre-registration is encouraged. On the day of the event, cash is preferred. Checks will be accepted, and can be made out to Front Runners New York. Credit Cards will also be accepted. You can register each individual athlete online. Otherwise, you can register on the day of the meet as well. The entry fee is the same on the day of the meet.

What is a Distance Medley Relay?

A Distance Medley Relay (DMR) is a four-person relay in which each athlete on the team runs a different distance around the track. The order of distances is traditionally 1200m, 400m, 800m, and 1600m, for a total course distance of 4000m (20 laps).

The DMR is an exciting opportunity to bring short-distance and long-distance track athletes in on the same event!
